Music is a huge part of my life. Singing on the stage, playing piano at a recital, or making music on my violin is something that I wouldn't be able to live without.
Sometimes I wonder what my life would be like without music. It would be awful!
I believe that everyone should be exposed to some type of music in their lifetime, just like how my life would be incomplete without it. That is why I feel that it is important to be sure that less fortunate girls than me get the opportunity to feed their musicality.
Please help me celebrate my Bat Mitzvah by donating music lessons and instruments to disadvantaged girls in Israel.
Lev LaLev, which means Heart to Heart, is an organization that supports the Rubin- Zeffren Children's Home in Netanya, Israel. The orphanage cares for nearly 100 girls who have no one else to care for them. Lev LaLev makes sure that the girls have a warm home, education, food, clothes, activities, and most importantly, love.
They desperately need the funding for the extracurriculars such as music lessons that I am so lucky to take part in.
